Again, control yourselves. The frequency of times you gamble doesn't matter as long as you can control yourself.
Yes, controlling of your selves in gambling is pretty much needed because that makes you an addicted if that continues spoiling your self regarding that matter. And never chase your lose on gambling always remember that gambling is nothing and put a limit. I think to start with a small amount of gambling or used faucet for trial only. (IMO)
Controlling emotion is the hard part in gambling and that is why, even though most people already know that gambling can lead them to the very bad regret, they keep continuing. Self control is an easy said than done.
