I've just checked from my end and both are working fine for me. Are you using a VPN or something? Might be worth trying in Incognito mode, usually works for me if im having issues with a site.

Another one here where all links are working perfect for me. Might be worth clearing your browsers cache in case you have something funky going on.

Like I said before its also possibly just a routing issue from certain parts of the world or isps it happens the sites working for me every time someones complained so I dunno. Perhaps check with the team on telegram if theirs something you cant reach
