You can wait as long as you want and nothing will come of it. If you are lazy then the best way to learn how to overpower yourself is to sport a particular hockey force yourself to run a little more or speed up.

Yeah that "good things come those who wait" i think it's meant being patient not literally waiting doing nothing.
