Yes, controlling of your selves in gambling is pretty much needed because that makes you an addicted if that continues spoiling your self regarding that matter. And never chase your lose on gambling always remember that gambling is nothing and put a limit. I think to start with a small amount of gambling or used faucet for trial only. (IMO)

Controlling emotion is the hard part in gambling and that is why, even though most people already know that gambling can lead them to the very bad regret, they keep continuing. Self control is an easy said than done.

self-control is the hard things that we can do and not just in gambling but in other things too. it will have more patience in ourselves so we can do a good self-control. the effect of gambling is not just losing self-control but we can do suicide because we are losing too much money and I think this already happens in many places. I think we can learn about self-control by reading a book or by joining into some programs so we can control ourselves with good.

I read somewhere that saying is easy but going through is the real matter,yes it is really hard to control our emotion in the gambling but if we follow the rules of gambling we don't have to do even,just gamble with the affordable money then we no need to worry if we lose or win.
