yes i hope so too. this situation is not good for us. I also do not know exactly why many ICO's come out. but I still believe there are still many ICO that can survive and become one of the best ICO.

Obviously they created an decentralized crypto currency that we may used, a useful platforms that will may help us. But in reality most of them is a scam or fake to get the money of investors, and also most of the new coins appear in crypto are copied in other coins.
