I think they already have headed to Belarus since the president himself declared the acceptance of bitcoin. There are many countries who have accepted it. I'm not sure about that. This is old news but I have not seen any news about the fact that cryptocurrency exchanges or miners have started to register their business in Belarus. It seems to me that there is no trust in this country. I do not even see a rapid growth of cryptocurrency exchanges of Belarusian origin. Always good where we are not!

It seems to me that Belarus will not be an example to follow. Lukashenka is an authoritarian ruler and this will not allow to attract many investors in any area. The proximity to such a monster as Russia generally makes this country unattractive to foreign capital. Therefore, I think that the legalization of crypto currencies in Belarus will not have a significant impact on the entire market.
