If the teams are working with the instructions for every task assigned to them and validating all the steps after they complete the task then with no breakdowns there will be more possibilities to meet the planned criteria as per the white papers.

I think the team have raised enough funds for the development of the project and they should follow the roadmap. The roadmap of Bucket is well organized and can take them to the moon if it is followed and all goals are reached.
