You are right. I agree with you but even ratings found online is also unreliable. There are platforms that manufacture ratings and reviews for a pay and manipulate other company’s good ratings to destroy them so it is really difficult to trust what we see in the internet unless they are done manually by a person who is  satisfied with their service.
I agree with you Chikitita2004 that ratings are unreliable, and so with reviews based on my experience.  Although, I am not speaking in general but it was so sad that something bad happened to me.
I went to eat at a restaurant in which I am bragging about it with a friend because I told her that I have read good reviews and high ratings of that restaurant. I was so excited, because I really like to try different restaurants. But to my dismay, and without being exaggerated, oh know, I don’t know if there is something wrong with my tastebuds, but the food was the worse I tasted, so far that I didn’t even finished my food and go, and also, I was ashamed of my friend that I even recommended that restaurant to try because of the high ratings and good review that I made. I will not forget that experience.
That is my same sentiments micahyahel10.  I hope the companies, can conceptualize, specially TrustLogics a way where in the ratings and the reviews will be reliable. Anyway, if the ratings and review are not reliable, it will effect the company in one way or another. It can either help boost the company or destroy it So I believe that reviews and ratings must be reliable for the company to be trusted.
i agree, having a clean rating gives the opportunity to impress the crowd, In reality, it gives platform or project a competitive edge to users who are browsing for their perfect platform.but nowadays rating and reviews are manipulated and paid by companies just to look better and gain more users trust. i hope trustlogics is genuine enough and not manipulate their ratings.
