Yeah I think this is possible, they manipulate in price to dump or pump, Some BIG Whales can manipulate the price of altcoins. But my question is, is this legal? they have money to buy more altcoins. They are businessman, businessman need profit.
No doubt in this. There are many pole and groups and organizations and even countries who are called whales. They are operating in a way that no one can trace them out. They are manipulating the prices every other day. Things are not that much under their control when we talk abbot bitcoin but yes they have got enough hold on the market.
