Admins do not answer. If they do not respond today I will remove the signature and forget this project as a terrible dream.

Check the #support-center channel in Discord. Just because you get a Banned status doesn't mean the project is terrible.

They impose a ban on accounts without justification. This is a big disrespect. This means that the project is not engaged in serious people.

I wrote yesterday to admins, moderators and support. I got the answer, but there is no result yet. But why should I do this if I'm not guilty?

Maybe. But, they must understand this themselves. This happens often.

If you're not guilty just wait for mods/admins to reply to your questions, don't get aggressive in the messages to them and they will sort it out if someone else genuinely used your address
