Most of the ICO's plan based on seasons only. In Bearish season most of them extend their ICO in order to get more investments. eHealth did well in planning but execution was a little sketchy.

no one can predict the market trend but the projects that extend the ico for not having raised the necessary/sufficient funds do not really make a good impression, it is better to keep wide working calmly and go out with a perfect result from all points of view as i think it will do ehf...
Well, I had an unpleasant experience with such projects. Yet you are thinking that it just has a longer ICO/preICO/etc stage, it happens somehow that the project is already abandoned...
Long pre-ICO and even longer ICO makes investors think twice and many of the investors want to jump into another ICO as quickly as possible to take advantage of its bonuses, from the current situation ehealth will lose audience and the interest will die down as well.
