I downloaded these dll's from third party sites and copied them to Windows/System32, but it continues to repeat the same
And as to EXT-MS-WIN-MF-PAL-L1-1-0.DLL, I couldn't find this dll on the whole internet .

Any advice?

And what version of NET. Framework does your app require?
