I downloaded these dll's from third party sites and copied them to Windows/System32, but it continues to repeat the same Huh

And as to EXT-MS-WIN-MF-PAL-L1-1-0.DLL, I couldn't find this dll on the whole internet Sad

Installed Net. Framework 4.7.2, no effect either.
