I'm not sure what "patroller" stands for nowadays. As far as I know, any Staff is patroller, and only Mod on their own subforum. But I'm not sure.Finding spammers through patrol is quite easy, manually checking them is much more work.

I didn't know there is such a limit for Mods. That means I can entertain more than one Mod, just nuking Newbies.
It doesn't feel right that a spammer can create more accounts than a Mod can ban. That means it's a lost cause.
