i have placed new exchange order with 24change.com but don't know what's the problem with them

and nothing has been changed from yasterday.

if they will processed my order that will be fine .. and if they not . it's easy they can refund back the BTC

no one answer in last four hours..
i don't know and don't understand .. why they good feedback and fasting processing orders .
i was dealing with wm-center.es and they are legit and good ... i place order what ever how much money or amount and it's processed in 30 min max. time
only 10 min to 30 min .
now i need an legit answer and estimated time right now here on forum ..
because this too much .. for processing orders . u're already open and online .
and as i said .. if you don't have cash money to complete my order ..
just refund back the coins i will exchange with another exchanger ..
and don't act like that ...
now btc price for wu has gone up . and my order not yet completed or processed.
if they finish it yasterday that will be ok
but still no answer and no refund and non completed .
plus price gone up . mean's the diff between old price which i exchange on and the current price . will be like $200 or $220 USD.
and i didn't even asked for that .
all i need now one from two things ..
complete my order or refund my btc payment .
