Bitcoin is the best investment rather then property because everyone can't afford property and if they wanna buy property then they need to take loan from bank and bank will take interest and if people invest in bitcoins then they can make profit via trading also if they hold long term bitcoins or other altcoins so i think bitcoin is a best option for investment.
