Thank for the link it will help alot to understand how cold staking system is calculated. Will the third person update the calculator if there would be new changes in the system?

If I'm not mistaken the reward amount is depending on the total amount of clo in cold staking. So right now no one knows how much will be in cold staking as no one knows how many people will cold stake and how much CLO they will cold stake
However, and I think this is where the 60% comes from, in the first month (to give the first cold staking a boost) 60 % of the cold stake treasury will be put into the cold staking as reward
Which will be difided among the (now yet not know amount) cold stake accounts
