AICoin is not a security as it generates a return through software licensing.
Though we have no control over people that wish to buy the token from other sources we do not accept token holders if they are resident in the United States through the First Global Exchange.

Your handle would lead me to believe you are not going to be satisfied with AICoin. We are putting a strategy in place that is taking time. But we are having good success and are about to make our first start-up compnay investment.
