Indeed, it is better to avoid joining these groups or at least not take their word and their speculations seriously, because as you said theier predictions are based on nothing but mere guesses or hopes, and they say them just to influence people's decisions so it could meet thier intrest , and also they only give speculation about coins they are interested in and want to pump and dump.

I am not that much well equipped with such terminologies talking about trading signals but what I know related this topic is, if you buy at low and sell at high, things would get fine and finer for you. it may takes time but believe me the ending results would just be amazing and you might be get astonished that most people never go for this option. They cant be patient for long time but its profitable.
