Bitcoins has a higher chance to surpass $20k dollars this year because there are more people who will be able to invest since there are new countries that has been legalized to invest on cryptocurrency.

I dont think those countries can already operate immediately because even though they have already legalized the market of cryptocurrency in their countries they still need the adjustment period. Therefore I dont think the effectivity will be covered this year. If that happens, bitcoin will remain on its price. If not it may increase but not a big increase.
