Its said they'd be announcing about the smart contract in Berlin, if the event can make the price goes up, you can expect WAVES to be used by businesses. The price of WAVES went dipper even before that so you hold it. Or you can buy more now that it dips, sell after it climb few cents, that way you can release you frustration Scrooge.

Well, I don't think that require an annoucment; we all know they are coming soon, not sure it will impact the market.
