Sometimes the bots take posts from several users and combine them together in a composite. It's a bit freaky when they make sense or it's hard to tell a bot has done it. I think that Lion_ashy post may also be a copy and paste of one or more posts from somewhere else as well but I can't find anything. It seems to be replying to nobody, is very scatterbrained and doesn't really make sense. Some bots change words for synonyms to avoid detection and look original, and as such the post makes less sense and tends to stand out, which that one looks to me like it may.
