I can't but agree with that. It is always a huge decision to take for someone who is actually tending towards the addictive level in most cases, since it is gradually beginning to get very intense. But those who are all realizing it in the beginning stages, may get chances to come out of it. But others do get suffer severely.

With what you said in the last few sentences, the thing is about being in control and telling yourself you really want to do this, which if you end up doing so, would be a great deal not just to you but others around you. The zeal to want to do the good thing is what would always pull anyone through.

People often compare this gambling with addiction of drugs or some harmful thing that become our habit. But believe me this cant become our friend at any time so better is to get rid of it. Either it is hard to leave or easy, your main objective should be to get away from it as soon as possible. And for this, you must have got some faithful and beloved person how helps you.
