Sleeping early has lot of advantages.. However still people struggle to sleep early and sleep well.

My suggestion would be to try to understand your body's natural sleep-wake cycle, and adjust to that cycle.. The more your weekend/weekday sleep schedules differ,the more difficult it would become for you in the long run. So , prefer to follow the sleep-wake cycle 365 days a year - weekday or weekend.
