What factors make Bitcoin rise again? Will it continue to rise?

probably because of the news etf effect that will approve bitcoin, so many are buying large amounts of bitcoins. and if no misconception will be reported on the 10th of August.

I'm wondering if that's the behind bitcoin price rising up again, lately I saw many good news about cryptocurrency probably that affect the bitcoin price too also probably many people are hoping that bitcoin price up again. If we take a look only few days will be august and the september, people will be think that they wont miss the cheap price I guess.
