In my personal opinion, day trading is the best in the Crypto market. We can see the instability of this market is always happening and the manipulation always exists. So this is an opportunity for us to make easy money everyday with day trading.

if person have no info. first he must learn what is crypto and how trading works. preferred start with day trading . but after that he must try all different types of trading to become expert.
