Hi there. no response yet. i have no idea why in the world of bitcoin there is no customer service. i mean if it took a long time to sort out then fine. but my issue takes a second. just to reset the authenticator. promises and promises for captain future but nothing actually happen. whenever i submit a new case captain future answers immediately with one answer
'this case is merged with the previous case' it would be quicker for him just to reset my tfa but no coinex can't be bothered. i am lost for words.
Do they want me to pay them to do it. i mean they have my money and can just take it if they want anyway. why not just fix the situation.

ok. first of all please dont open lots of tickets for the same problem. i have to merge them as you see and thats a lot of work.
second: i cant process the tfa tickets. the sysop has to.
i will try not to open too many tickets but there is no way to add on to the existing one.
who is the 'sysop' (system operator) what is his name. why does it take him so long to do a simple matter that takes a few seconds. i have waited nearly a month.
look in the world of bitcoin i can have no leverage. what i mean is in the world of fiat there are places to complain and places higher than them but in bitcoinland i have put my trust in you and now i am helpless as you hold my money and have total control over it. i do not want to have to keep posting here or adding tickets but you must understand that i need to have some leverage otherwise what is to stop you taking another five months. I am now saying once again that i would like this matter fixed in 24 hours. whoever fixes it either you or sysop. it only takes a second to fix. if you want to steal my money just tell me and that is fine. it is in your hands anyway. but the worst is to just leave a person hanging...
