To do this i must execute a full Call and a complete estimated portfolio value. And i must do this for BTC-LCT and XPM.

Worst thing is that result will be terrible, because estimated values is a real estimate (too much estimate)

even separately would be nice.
e.g. BTC at start of day is 1 BTC, at the end of the day it's 1.5 BTC so effective profit is 0.5 BTC (0.75 gain minus 0.25 devaluation)
and then separately for LTC and XPM

I don't think this would be difficult - just recording our balance in each of BTC, LTC and XPM at the start and end of each session/day
