That's easy, you were skipped because you definitely did no read the rules! You're not wearing our sig, no address, you don't have 28 activity and that was from looking at your profile for less than 3 seconds. I'm also assuming you aren't active in chat, have not sent .001 to the priv address in the rules, haven't retweeted and I'm sure I'm missing something else. My best piece of advice to you would be to read the rules, then come back and try again.

Oh, am very sorry bud. It seems my question is not clear to you. I am aware that am not presently wearing Privcy signature and also that I don't have up-to 28 activities. I only asked so that I can be more familiar with the rules of the project. By the way, thanks for the explanation
