Big names on the board will bring more exposure no doubt dev team is still very active to implement more features to make it user friendly and reliable for big companies to use as payment processor. I hope so when merchant support will increase it will make this valuable.

I used to participate in this project. I have been waiting for UTK to explode in the market. Perhaps with the passage of time, UTK vision and mission has been accomplished with it maybe the price will be better.
