No need to have plagiarism badge since the user will be already banned.

Well you could still see the posts of the banned user and you will be able to report it to mod but The user is already banned.

Does the forum keep track of the reason why users have been banned in the past?
I'm not sure about the color coding, I can imagine many banned users would fit several categories.

It would really just be okay if it is one so that you would just know that the user is banned. Well, its no sense to put different categories to banned users. They are all banned. Probably just the red one.
