people have computers or smart phones they can use all day, so you can buy and sell bitcoin or altcoin at any time of the day, just this ... I believe that with this facility that technology offers us has no reason to establish an opening time and a closing time for market. As whole world is connected through the internet and smart phones is the carrier for this. As time zone for all countries are different so world can not sleep at the same time. As digital market is fascinating everyone and no country has bounded the time frame of exchanges even regulated countries also.

Yes that is right that the main reason is that bitcoin is not a centralized currency, bitcoin is decentralize and it available everywhere in the world, people do trading in different places in different time frame therefore it is said that market will never sleep.
