Is it regionally restricted?

Most people we'll choose will be from the UK, some from Germany and maybe some from Russia but all are welcome to apply.

There are users that are already using the Beta so yes, there have been some people chosen but it is still open to sign up to.

Maybe thy are preparing for second round of BETA testing which will include several new Countries...?

That would be sweet, to get a crack at beta.
