You cant assign it as factor for being good trader to be an experience person. How a person who is new into this world of trading can become good trader. Definitely he has to involve himself in different tasks and activities and then he start making his tenure filled with different stories. But a newbie can become good trader if he start to know in fresh days how to make good trading.
