If he refuses using an escrow then ask foe a selfie with a note stating his details and that he is selling btc to you for paypal including his ID, Paypal email and his wallet and the wallet he will send the payment to after receiving the paypal payment.

I don't refuse to use escrow, I just wanted a fast trade without escrow, also I am able to do the selfie thing, anyway seeing how slow this is and that the forum is full of useless retards like you, I will acept escrow.
