This can`t happen when you click on claim now Button !
more likely you hittet the red button XD Just send me your loginMail or userID.
Why you not using the LIVE CHAT SUPPORT on the faucet page ?

Oh, I just tried again and the bot message is gone and I can claim again.
I didn't know about the live chat support. I will use it next time if I have any problems.

it happens to me once too when there was 2 bot buttons and 1 claim button, i guess it was just the time felicita end to add this^^
