Definitely, this will be one of the reasons why people will find another job. Because of its outstanding system on hiring they will now choose to find another job by the use of this project/platform and leave their job for more profit rather salary.

This is really one of the good reasons why we should support this project. This will not only help the employees to find their desired job but make their productivity grew exponentially.
