If you ve never being in certain situations in life, you may never understand why they choose those options, it ain't the best option though. Alot of people wear a smile but ya all don't know what they pass through on a daily basis. Depression is a silent killer. Talk to somebody today, always check up on your friends and love ones regularly to make sure they are OK. Even a simple text most times would help someone. If you ever find yourself in such situations please speak up and seek for help. Life is difficult

I agree that you can't completely know, unless you are in that situation. You can learn a lot from others though. There have probably been millions of people who have attempted suicide and not succeeded. There are definitely millions who have thought about it. Some have even technically died and then come back to life. We can learn from the experiences of those that have gone through. This can help us understand it better and prevent some suicides in the future.
