Yes newbies can join bounty campaigns but not in all bounty section, only some of them are allowing users to join bounty campaigns. Like on bountyhive you don't need to have at least jr member to join any campaign you can telegram and other social media campaigns.

Oh i see, how do i move this thread from here to there.? Should i be the one who'll do it or the moderators? Because the other forums that i used is that the moderator will be the one moving it if it is in the wrong section just like this as you said. Anyways, Thanks for the advice. Cheesy

You can do this yourself.
Go to bottom of this thread and find "move topic" button.
