I believe he means you will get double the bonus on primedice, not double the amount for the adverts.

Its still a max of 0.4BTC and 0.0002BTC per post. But your primedice account will get 0.002BTC for you to play with.

Nope, we get 0.0002BTC the same as before. You get 0.002 if you have a PrimeDice account.
