That's not what he is claiming... he said he can also see BCH on the address (ie. via a blockexplorer).

But he cannot see his address on ANY of the Ledger chains (BTC - Legacy, BTC - SegWit, BCH - Main, BCH - Split).

The only logical explanation, is that the seed that OP is trying to restore the wallet with is NOT the seed that generated the address.
