I prefer to have the loan in euros to avoid value changes of bitcoin. There might be a small problem if bitcoin goes to 20 000 as last year.

That isnt valid collateral since your company valuation may not even be close to what youre asking, and on top of that giving shares in a company doesnt secure anything. Why not go to a bank for a business loan than here especially if you want the loan to be pegged to fiat.
