I will say I'm not a big fan of the logo, the eagle is OK but very American, it might be more appealing to Americans but as someone not from there it seems a bit 'federal' for lack of a better way to describe it, that may have been what you were going for but it just doesn't appeal to me personally. The other thing is the slogan, again its OK but the 'happiness' part seems like you were struggling a bit to think of a third word.

My advice would be to keep the eagle but stylise it to look less like a generic American logo and more like something in its own right and change the third word in the slogan to something that fits more inline with the other two... I would suggest something but I cant really come up with something suitable at the moment either
