I was able to get the same old response a week ago that it is maintenance and will take some time. Still been messaging them because want that updated. I'm wary of trying to get a money pool together to do a paid update because if you look on twitter teams have allegedly paid and they still haven't updated those coins last time I checked.

Thanks for reply. That is a strange place they have no issue letting you withdraw 10btc at one time but you can't get your cbx out which for most people is of way less value (currently)

It seems they are not short of funds or running a fractional reserve but are just slack as hell

I continue to message them weekly with regard to my ticket requesting an update. No idea how backlogged they are, but we are not going anywhere...

That's good to hear I wonder how they don't even give the devs a private communication channel. Such a strange exchange.
