?! Accepton. Of new versions of servers/clients. If someone just release bogus Bitcoin-Qt/bitcoind, community just go away. They'll split up, talk some and then merge into stronger one. No thing like global voting needed.

When I'm (1 real people) installing server and starting to forge, I'm voting for current implementation of ideas by actions. By coins seems like absurd.

The result will be the same coz number of forged blocks ~ number of owned coins. Won't it?
