You are wrong about decentralization, we see that the current situation and overall capitalization does not depend on whales but on volatility. it was a mistake indeed that the great whale was in the cryptocurrency decentralization but that they only used it and did not have a big influence including the influence to play the price. the big influence in crypto is actually volatility.
