How can someone can get free electricity with no limit ?
As far i know bitcoin mining with a rig is really need much power wattage and ofcourse it's really recommended to mining if it's free electricity

It depends, if your using an Asic, your pushing as much as possible or what's up. A few GPU rigs might just take 600w an hour that's 5cents worth of power an hour for a lot, it may not be too noticable for meter readers especially if you tone down other things like in the winter use the miners to supplement heat.
