It`s absolutely clear that there was a platform concept development as such from April to July! This is the first step of the project existence to my mind, and Neo Finance doesnt even hide this! They fairly wrote about this.
It`s unclear why the website should be old enough if the idea itself was born a few months ago.

Really? I have always thought that the product is the main indicator for investing money. No product - no investments. That`s how I see it.

Can you give as an example few projects which finished their product after ico and token was increased on exchanges?)Nobody cares on the product! No one dApp can start due to lack of good(fast+safety) blockchain. No one product for real business can start due to lack of legalization from government, etc. So nobody cares on the product. For now the main indicators are hyip(popularity) score, strong marketing team, strong development team, strong advisers(for the best listings), project thematics and state of the crypto market.
