These are the things that should better be told immediately, since people who don't want to undergo KYC process must have the right to know that before they eventually commit. Still, better now than in October.
Project seems extremely seruous and interesting. Bounty campaign seems not very attractive though, since the allocated amount will not rise proportionally should you ever achieve more than the soft cap. So bounty hunters are likely to earn little, especially if they will be many.

Unfortunately, we had to enforce the KYC requirement due to the fact that we have witnessed the participation of many bots and fake profiles (including repeating comments), which could have a negative impact on the bounty campaign. The purpose of the bounty campaign is to educate folks about the work that Virtual Rehab has conducted thus far, our achievements, our global awards, and recognition received thus far; along with what we plan to embark on accordingly. It is not meant to mislead investors using tweets that we do not approve of (shilling, exaggeration, etc.). The note around this was communicated a couple of days ago. Please see below:

The bounty campaign is still in its infancy and should anyone decide to withdraw, then that is completely understandable.

Regarding our raise, we are beyond confident that we will surpass our Soft Cap. We have seen incredible amount of interest already and investors who are onboard.

As for the Bounty campaign, it has nothing to do with our raise, as the amount has been allocated directly from our Marketing budget allocation, which is described in our white paper.
