Also I want to post this pic. It doesn't appear your "Payouts" are actually paying out their listed multiple. In this example, I bet 100 satoshi on a 2.143x payout, but I only received 110 satoshi. Shouldn't it be 214.3 satoshi, or am I extremely confused?
The notification displays your winnings, not the payout...
Since 1.8% of the payout is rounded to four, the payout (214) - the bet (100) - the commission (4) is the 110 that is displayed in your notification. It's basically the sum by which your bank actually increased.
Re your original issue, the funds have been added to your account, it probably had to do with withdrawing from one aces account into another like you originally suggested.
